Tassilo Festetics, Global VP for Solutions, ABI

Tassilo Festetics is a Global Vice President for Solutions at Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI). Prior to joining ABI he worked at a mid-size brewery in Austria in various positions and at Accenture as a consultant – mainly focused on Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) implementations.

Tassilo joined ABI in 2007 in Leuven, Belgium working on the ZBB implementation in Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific. He joined ABI in China a year later in Finance focusing on Cost Control, Cash Flow Management as well as the integration of Anheuser Busch in China. From 2010 he worked on commercial spending optimizations as well as the establishment of a shared service center for Asia. Subsequently he took over the technology agenda for the region and in 2015 becoming CFO for Asia Pacific. After this he moved to ABI Global Headquarters in New York overseeing the company wide agenda for business transformation enabled by technology, analytics and innovation. Tassilo is an Austrian citizen and holds a Master degree in genetic engineering from the University of Vienna.

David Bassani, Global Director of Strategy & Finance, ZX Ventures

David Bassani is the Global Director of Strategy & Finance for ZX Ventures, the global growth and innovation group of Anheuser-Busch InBev. In this role he oversees the investment strategy for ZX’s VC funds. Prior to taking on his current role in June 2019, David was the global manager of strategy and finance for ZX Ventures’ explore group. Before joining ZX Ventures in 2017, David held roles at Deloitte Consulting and Virtus Partners in Spain, Chile and Colombia. David has a Master of Business Administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in International Management from ESADE Business & Law School and a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi.’

Joe Rusckowski, Senior Manager, Digital Strategy, New Balance

Joe Rusckowski is the senior-manager of digital strategy at New Balance.  Founded in 1906, New Balance has been designing and manufacturing athletic footwear and apparel in New England for over one hundred years.  In his role leading digital strategy, Joe is responsible for steering the company’s digital transformation. Prior to that he led the re-launch of New Balance sandals, managed strategy for the SVP of global footwear, and worked at Bain & Company in consumer products and retail.  Joe received a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University in 2009 and MBA from MIT Sloan in 2014.
